Cat Fish and Treasures

We got up super early to go and watch the sunrise over the beach and were lucky enough to find some treasures - the first was a catfish that seemed to have gotten washed up on the breakwater rocks - Mom wouldn't let us near it for some reason - it's not as though we would of chased it or anything :) Dad came with us too - so we had our happy happy faces on. And for the first time ever - we found some shells on the beach (ones that weren't all broken) Mom was super duper happy!

  1. Wow, those are some beautiful shells. I love collecting shells, but the ones I have found aren't as big and lovely as yours. I hope that catfish has a nice home to return to.

Wow, what a super catfish! BOL I bet he's waiting for some other kind of tasty fish to wash up so he can have a snack. OMD what pretty shells! I'd love to be able to patrol the beach with you guys and see the warm sunrise.

  17. Maybe the trick to getting the good shells is to get there before sunrise. Probably the collectors are out really early. I am waiting for you to find that message in a bottle. I think you should put a message in a bottle with the blog sites on it and send it off and see if any of us here from someone. Maybe Ariel the little mermaid just might answer.
    Thanks for being a friend

  18. Amazing treasures! We are so missing the sun. Lady says we are only 22 days until the days start to get longer.

  20. Now those are happy faces! I bet that fish would have been fun to roll all over, moms never appreciate that though. My mom kept some of the shells that her mom picked up in Myrtle Beach and Florida, they're so pretty she just couldn't throw them out. Love Dolly
